My pro version payment

    Hi,

    When I try to buy pro version, I found the system charge my paypal account for 5 times! The details are as following image:

    Would you please help me out? I just want to pay for 1 time pro version, and please help me refund my other payments.

    Unfortunately, seems like every payment you have made has pending payment status, and we have cancelled each one of them so that you can make fresh purchase. Please try to make the purchase once and let us know if there is any problem.

    I have contacted Paypal and China Merchants Bank, the payment is still pending in my account.
    Would you please confirm the payment have been cancelled in your side?

    Hi,

    My paypal and China Merchants Bank are still in pending status.
    Would you please help me confirm that the payment have been canceled?
    I found that I can’t pay the bill by Paypal,but only can pay by credit card.
    Now I have succeed to pay pro version by credit card, but the payment which pay by paypal still have 5 times pending payment. So please help me cancel these 5 times payment in Paypal.

    Hello Lam,

    We can confirm that 4 PayPal payments have been cancelled and we cannot find credit card payment with last 4 digits from your screenshot, so I guess that one is cancelled as well. Hope that helps.
