My Pro Plugin doesn’t update

    The account with which you’ve posted this ticket is a Free Rank Math account.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and assist you further?

    Thanks for the reply.
    Indeed you are right, I logged in with the wrong email address. Instead of telling that the account doesn’t exist, Rankmath created a new account for this email. Since both emails are Google mail, the profile picture is the same and I didn’t notice it even.

    My actual pro account is with email l***@p*************** (hosted at Google). I had to login again with the correct e-mail. This wasn’t enough, I then needed to delete the Pro plugin and download it again from my account and reinstall it on my site. Now it works again.

    In such cases, you do not need to delete the plugin. You can simply follow this guide to connect the PRO account and activate the features: https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/#how-to-disconnect-your-rank-math-account
