my payment card will not be accepted

    I am trying to make payment using my visa card but it will not be accepted, I really do not know what is going on, I am trying to make the payment within the next 24 hours so I can take advantage of the cyber Monday benefits.
    IF you will like I will give you my card info so you can make the payment on my behalf or whatever works for you guys.

    “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”

    Above is the message I got when I clicked pay, also i am unable to use Paypal because it is not available in my country.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using other credit cards instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    I am in Africa we are not familiar with all these things, it will not be possible to call my bank, our banking systems here are a little old school. I am using a debit card.
    Is there not a way that you guys can be more hands-on and assist me? I use this card in making all my online payments, I know it is not safe but where i am no is no other choice.

    What are my to say to them? Also, will I be making the payment to them instead of you guys? Please better explain.

    Furthermore, I will like to request if there is a better method of communication which we can use. WE CAN use email.

    You can tell the issue to FastSpring and see if they have a solution for the issue.

    If possible, you can also use a supported payment method/card of your friend/family member to easily make the payment.

    FastSpring is our payment provider and all our payments are processed through them.
