That is a weird issue and I am not really sure if it has to be to Rank Math but have you tried to modify the .htaccess file to redirect that IP to your domain name?

The issue you are facing doesn’t seem to be resulting from Rank math, it is rather a WordPress issue or your domain settings and resolution.
You can check your wp-config.php for these constant definitions:
define(WP_HOME','http://13.233.207.114/');
define('WP_SITEURL','http://13.233.207.114/');
if present… you may either edit to replace the URLs, or remove the two definitions completely so you can change the URLs in your WordPress dashboard.
When you’re done, use a plugin like Velvet Blues Update URLS to update your database with the correct domain, so that existing attachments and other links will show this domain (instead of the UP).
