My Business subscription expired about 2 weeks back , can I reactivate that ?

    Hi,
    My Business subscription expired about 2 weeks back, since I did not have a sufficient amount I had to cancel the subscription so that it doesn’t charge me. My business plan had the offer of 20,000 keywords limits and so on.

    But currently, the new price plan doesn’t offer much, so is it possible I can restore the previous subscription plan with that offer by paying?

    If not, then when such offers will come again? As I will have to wait then.

    Tried to pay multiple times using my credit card (State bank of India), but every time it is getting declined with this error “This is to inform you that Standing Instruction (SI) transaction of USD234.82 on your SBI Credit Card ending xxxx at merchant FS *rankmath on date 05-08-22 has been declined basis RBI guidelines.”

    Since due to SBI bank’s new regulation it is getting declined, I have searched for this on internet and found this topic as well : https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/payment-declined-24/ . So I think fastspring is not compatible with SBI bank.

    Since SBI bank is one of the largest bank of India and still this issue happening can something be done on this please ?

    According to the recent RBI guidelines, customers from India cannot have automatic renewals.

    For such customers, they would require to manually renew next year.

    That being said, the first payment for your upgrade should ideally go through.

    Or you can try using some other card/PayPal as well.

    Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.
