Hi Michael, thanks for the reply.
The Health Check Plugin won’t work in this case: it disables plugins for administrators only, while the 404s are being caused by outside visits.
I have enabled Advanced logging and it seems all of the 404s are from bots, such as Googlebot, SEMrushbot, Bingbot, and so on. They’re not from human visitors.
Is this OK? Is it normal to receive a 404 error every few minutes from a bot?

No, as I assume these are search bots and I don’t want to stop Google/Bing from crawling my website.
I don’t see any reason why this would be a Rankmath-caused problem, so I’ll keep investigating other causes. Thanks for the help.
