    Hi,
    I need to generate multiple sitemap.xml on my site :
    I have a main page with the sitemap, it works well : mypage/sitemap.xml

    Then i have subpage by country ex: mypage/paris mypage/lyon because I have a shop by country i want reference in google individually.

    So i need a site map in each country that list all pages included in this country : mypage/paris/sitemap.xml
    mypage/lyon/sitemap.xml

    How i can do?

    I apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing. To generate multiple sitemap.xml files for different countries or regions, you can use the built-in feature of Rank Math to create separate sitemaps for each location.

    First, ensure that you have the Sitemap module enabled in Rank Math. Then, you can create separate sitemaps for each country by adding the country name to the URL. For example, for Paris, you can create a sitemap at mypage/paris/sitemap.xml and for Lyon, you can create a sitemap at mypage/lyon/sitemap.xml.

    Once you’ve created these sitemaps, you can submit them to Google Search Console individually. This will help Google discover and index the pages specific to each country.

    Yes, the sitemap is activated and it generate 1 sitemap. I did’nt found how to generate separate sitemap.
    I look for notices, but didn’t viw which option, or configuration to apply to get thoses separate sitemap. Can you give me more detail on how to do?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

    Please note that Rank Math generates your sitemap at /sitemap_index.xml and under this main sitemap, Rank Math generates all other sub-sitemaps.

    Now, can you please confirm if you want to generate multiple main sitemaps for your website? If so, unfortunately, right now it is not possible with the Rank Math sitemap. If you want, you can only change the main sitemap base URL by using this filter on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-sitemap-base
