Multiple Search Console Accounts & not able to find Console code

    There are 2 search console accounts is created, we don’t know how to fix it. we only need only 1 search console account with all data. Please do let me know how to fix it.

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Our plugin generates the URL-prefix property as it doesn’t completely support the domain properties. That must be the reason you have two properties in your GSC account.

    You can keep both properties as having two properties isn’t going to cause any issues. However, if you still want to remove one property, please remove the domain property(that doesn’t have a prefix like HTTPS or WWW) from your GSC account and keep the new property connected with our plugin in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    But We don’t know how to permanently remove domain property, even we remove this, It verify itself without using GSC verification code.

    Once you have already connected your website to your Google account, it should not be added as you are already using the prefix method.

    On your Google Search Console account, click the settings and then the Remove Property button

    After Removing Property from console account, account verify itself without GSC verification code.

    And also we need confirmation that server doesn’t have any code related to console from rankmath side. If you can Provide us, please provide, If you can’t please let us know how to find.

    You are removing a domain property and trying to add another.

    Regarding the verification, that works because the verification is being done with the DNS records added to the domain in your hosting/domain provider and not from the connection between the website and Google done from our plugin.

    If you would like to establish the connection using our plugin and the URL prefix property please follow the steps in this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/install-google-analytics/

    When the connection is done with the URL prefix property you can remove the domain property.

    Please note that switching properties will remove any historic data relative to traffic and it would as if you were creating a brand new one.

    There’s no option to show which email you have used upon connecting your website to your Google account since the properties are shown under the email address where they have been created.

    However, you can choose which email address you are connecting to in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, then reconnect it to your preferred/correct email
