‘Submitted and indexed’ and ‘Indexed, not submitted in sitemap’ both mean that the URLs have been indexed. There is nothing do to improve that as the URLs are all indexed now.
Discovered, means Google has found the URLs but has not yet crawled them yet. To improve the rate at which Google crawls the website, you need to improve the overall quality of your product pages. Include more detailed titles and descriptions. Include product reviews, if possible. Make sure images have alt text.
If there are ‘Discovered, not indexed’ URLs that have not changed status for a long time, you can can manually submit them using the GSC URL inspection tool: https://search.google.com/search-console?action=inspect
