I didn’t have this problem before updating rankmath to version 1.0.36.3

I have tried to run the Health check and Troubleshooting plugin but I end up with not allowed page. Would you please run and carefully check for a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

I am sorry but seems like the new version of Rank Math is conflicting with your other star rating plugin.
As much as we would love to offer customized solution to each and every user we have, it just isn’t possible for a small company like ours with limited resources.
I tried disabling all plugins to confirm the suspicion but your website hangs when I do that.
What’s your solution to this problem !?

I was able to reproduce this issue and have logged it. For now, to fix the issue on your site I updated the code in the class-snippet-shortcode.php file.
The ratings are now appearing on your site. Can you please confirm?
