These errors suggest that there are some server resources that are not available. I would suggest that you create some redirections to redirect these resources their source page or your can delete the links to these files on your content.

Does the Monitor 404 plugin show the resource errors? the same errors I got on the console log by the browser.

Thanks for the clarification.
No the plugin will not log JS errors but it will log any JS, CSS and any other server resource that is not accessible when the page is loading.

I would suggest that you take a look at the Query Monitor plugin that you can use to analyse the scripts, styles, transients, queries etc loading on each page.
