    Hello, I bought the rankmath plugin last year and paid for it. I had defined my card in your system.Money was taken from my card again by rankmath. I demand his return, I ask for your urgent help.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    You can also share the last name that appears on your card along with the last 4 digits of the card used or your PayPal email address.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
