I checked the sitemap, and it is working fine and validated without any issues.
Please check the screenshots in the sensitive data section.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website cache and check the sitemap.

I made as in your video- the same situation -the same mistakes in sitemap
2 XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
0 Failed to parse the XML resource ‘/var/www/wspstage.mentorvpn.com/sitemap-webtool/xsd/custom.xsd’.
and there are 29 urls- but robots read just 1
Yandex say just 1 url in the sitemap, no 29

This is what we get when accessing the sitemap from our end:
As you can see it’s loading fine and not showing any error so this could be caused by caching on your system and you are still seeing an old variation of the sitemap.
We recommend clearing the cache on the server and resubmitting the sitemap to all Yandex or any other webmaster tools you want.
