Yes, since the old subscription was canceled already, you’ll have to buy a new subscription.

You don’t have to worry as all your Rank Math settings will not be removed. Reconnecting the plugin to your Rank Math account is also not necessary but if there are still any issues with the activation even after you bought the PRO again, then you’ll have to reconnect. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
