Missing thumbnail url on google search console

Google Search Console is showing me an error which is missing thumbnail URL although i filled the embed URL and content URL I don’t know what’s the issue. Can you help me please?

Hello,

The login link you provided has very limited access but essentially you would need to add the featured image on the pages with videos following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/featured-images/#:~:text=Set%20a%20Featured%20Image,-To%20set%20a&text=Click%20on%20the%20title%20of,post%20to%20open%20the%20editor.&text=icon%20in%20the%20top%20right,Pexels%20Free%20Photos%2C%20or%20Openverse.
