I’ve checked the product you have provided, and it seems that it has a review already, but no stars showing.
Could you please confirm if your product is already using the WooCommerce Product Schema? Also, are you using any third-party plugin to add reviews and star ratings to your product?

I use your woocommerce schema but Problem is solved. Schema only works if the reviev includes stars. Everything is ok here:
