Missing Rankmath Pro files

    HI there,

    I purchased rankmath pro with my business email through PayPal. Transaction ID 33353360TL335844G. I watched the video provided after purchase which said I would be emailed login information.

    I opened my email and I had nothing. I refreshed …nothing. I checked my spam and junk… nothing.

    So I attempted to reset my password. Still nothing. I reset my password again. Still nothing! I tried to submit a ticket but I need to be logged into the account that i do not have access to.

    Can I please get some support with receiving my downloadable files for pro or cancel and refund the transaction so I can repurchase with an alternative email?
