If you are using a Firewall, then there are chances that it will prevent saving the data. Check if Rank Math is being blocked by your firewall and if it is the case, whitelist Rank Math and its files.
Please whitelist the below route to fix the issue:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

Hello i have only one firewall (wordfence) and i added that your code there
Add Allowlisted URL/Param (opens in new tab) The URL/parameters in this table will not be tested by the firewall. They are typically added while the firewall is in Learning Mode or by an admin who identifies a particular action/request is a false positive.
But nothing new with keywords 🙁

I logged into your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue. Upon investigating, I found that the updateMeta route (used to save the changes) was returning error 500 (internal server error).
However, I cleared your website’s cache and the issue seems to have been fixed now. The keywords and other changes are saving properly.
