This issue happens in case you have added the FAQ block but hidden all the FAQs inside since there is no FAQ but the Schema is present.

Thanks for your reply, I checked the site before the FAQ block was visible which was why I was getting the error, I then made the block visible but checked the site before the cache had refreshed. Problem resolved many thanks
