Missing Alt Error

I made sure every image had an alt text (edited through the media editor of WordPress)

But after I analysed my SEO with Rank Math SEO Analysis and some other apps and websites, they all indicate that I have missing Alt tags (NOTE: just some images, not all of my images, for example, my site logo and site icon), They give me the file names and their code and all but I don’t know how to manually edit my website code to add the Alt texts

For example, my website logo definitely has an alt text (I added it Manually through the media editor) but somehow the file name completely changed and thus resulted in a missing Alt. (Example: My-Logo.png became somehow My-logo-some random characters.png)

For instance, I have already enabled the Rank Math Auto Add Missing Alt Feature but with no luck
