Migration of blogs

I recently migrated from Yoast to RealMath and prior to the migration I wasn’t having the following issues.

When I try to edit the Blog page I receive the following error: “The content area has not been found on your page”. I followed the instructions provided by WordPress/Elementor but haven’t been able to resolve it. I’m only receiving this error on the blog page (both the english and spanish versions).

After the migration, the blogs posts lost their layout structure. Before the migration the paragraphs were separated and the buttons and pictures were positioned correctly. Post migration some of the blogs are single paragraph with the buttons and pictures mixed in.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please try deactivating the Rank Math plugin temporarily and see if the issue goes away?

There may be some corrupted data that breaks the layout during the migration process.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hi Jeremy,

I did as you suggested and am still not able to edit the blog pages.

Looking forward to receiving your help to resolve this issue.

    Best,

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You seem to have forgotten to add the website login URL.

Please add the login URL in the sensitive data section so we can check.

We look forward to helping you.

Hello – the log in username and password are what I use to log in to the website via the following link:

    https://yacalogistics.com/wp-login.php

If I am not understanding correctly, can you please provide more insight on what log in detail you require?

    Hello,

I’ve checked the blog page of your site and the error is causing because the blog page is an archive template and you were not editing the page through archive template.

The blog page is editable and I was able to access by editing from archive template. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

Please try visiting this page to learn more on this issue.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.
