migrating from seopress to rankmath

    Hello there.
    i had installed rankmath from beginning of my blog, someone is suggested me to install seopress and remove rankmath, that rankmath had some issues with him, that he was facing in ranking. He pushed me to uninstall rankmath which i was using rankmath, so i had deleted rankmath and installed seopress plugin, after some days I have lost my all traffic and deindex my site after installing seopress and deleting rankmath, now I am decided to again uninstall the seopress and back to rankmath, kindly guide me how to migrate from seopress to rankmath, on my old setting which I was using in rankmath. is there any way? to import anything or just rankmath auto captured the old data which I was using in rankmath and i have posted articles according to rankmath setting, kindly help me I am now in real worry after losing my rank and keywords in google kindly help to setup rankmath again as old working fine.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    Yes this process is automatic, once Rank Math is activated you will only need to head over to Rank Math > Import & Export > Plugin Importers and all your previous settings will be imported to Rank Math.
