Metatitle & Desc Update in RankMath Caused Previous Page Revision Restored

    Hi

    I’ve been using Rankmath to do my page titles and descriptions for years now and I don’t think I’ve had this issue before.

    I went and updated a meta title and description for one of my pages today and hit update and when I went and looked at my page, the stylings were all wrong and I realized it had restored to a previous revision of the page.

    I went into the revisions and restored my previous page version again, and it seems like the rankmath meta title & description remained updated.

    I’m using GenerateBlocks page builder.

    It almost seems as if the previous page version was in the gutenberg editor somehow or something, and then once I used the rankmath window to change my title & description and hit update that it updated the page; but I dont think I’ve ever seen this before.

    What am I missing here?

    Any idea how this could have happened and how to make sure it doesn’t again in case I don’t notice it like I did this time?
