1. I am not able to make out what options are listed for your listing post type due to your site language.
2.This is dependent on how the plugin you are using to create your listings. Some plugins don’t create the archives for their related post types.
3. You can use the following filter to add Variables to the Rank Math Dropdown in Title & Meta Settings

It quite not possible to translate the screenshots. The access link you have provided leads to a 404 page: https://i.rankmath.com/f484Zr. The post option are usually different depending on the post type, please update the access data so we can look further into the issue.
