One of the changes introduced in the latest version is a deeper integration with Gutenberg. The metabox is now available on the sidebar as shown below:

You can add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file to disable this feature and revert to the addition of the metabox after the post content as it was in the past:
/**
* Disable Gutenberg Sidebar Integration
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/gutenberg/enabled', '__return_false' );
