Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I have checked and it seems another plugin (or even your theme) is adding another meta description tag. Rank Math adds one, with the description you set, but another “thing” adds an empty meta description tag, overriding the one by Rank Math and that is why those tools (and even Google) are not able to display the one you want.
To determine which plugin (or even the theme) that is adding that meta description, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thank you for the answer – I use Divi from a theme I designed myself. Divi has an option for customer titles, meta descriptions and keywords I turned those off and all ok.
