Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I am unable to offer WordPress & FTP logins. Can you give me some suggestions/recommendations on what settings might be incorrectly set?
Hello,
I checked the URL you provided and from my end it shows it does have a description meta. Check the screenshots I have added in the sensitive section, one from your page source and another by SEOQuake.
Is there any specific page that is affected by this? If so, please share the URL in the sensitive section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Michael – 3 of 100+ URLs missing the meta description added to the secret area. 😉
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
Can you please confirm that you have added your meta description in your post/page editor?
Here is how you can change the SEO Meta Meta Description with the help of Rank Math:
Add a Meta Description in Classic Editor:

Add description in Gutenberg:

You can also use %excerpt%
in the description field so that Rank Math can generate a meta description from your content automatically.

Once you have saved the page/post, you can then confirm if your meta description is properly set up in the page source:

If the issue persists, please let us know. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Jeremy – I ended up replacing %seo_description%
by adding %excerpt%
and that solved the missing meta description for many pages. There are still several pages that are missing their meta description but this has got me on the right track and I think I can figure out the other pages.
Big THANKS to the RankMath support team! 🙂
