It is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results and we even have a KB dedicated to this problem and a few solutions we recommend:

Please check the KB and you will understand the reasons Google does this.
Even if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.

You can set the archives to noindex by going to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Category/Tags > Enable Category Archives Robots Meta > Check noindex checkbox > Save:
If you want to set individual pages to noindex, you can do so from the post/pages > SEO settings > Advanced Tab:

Regarding the product, I have checked the product, it is set to index.
Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your post/product. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

You can try submitting the product URL in the URL inspection tool in the Search Console.

As mentioned by my colleague above, you can set individual pages to noindex.
To do so, please navigate to the desired page/post > SEO settings > Advanced Tab > and set the page/post to noindex.
In your case, you can follow the above steps for your service page and Privacy policy page, to exclude them from Google.
As for submitting your product URL to GSC, please be patient and wait for Google to index and crawl your page to be able to see the results on site:extastore.com.
As mentioned above, please note it’s completely up to Google, if they want to index or not index your post/product.
