meta and page description missing - Support

Hi Support,

I was doing a checkup and all of a sudden noticed that I got some errors:

No meta description was found for your page.
No page description found on page.

These items are filled in Rank Math Home Page settings, but still, no cigar.

I have tested a different theme, disabling all other plugins, and flushing the server cache, but I still get the same results.

What can we do here?

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I submitted your URL to our external SEO Analyzer and it is saying that your website has a meta description in it. Please see the screenshot I inserted in the sensitive data section.

Would you mind letting us know whether these images are added within the content editor or you are using a specific page builder?

Also, please clear your SEO analysis data and re-run it. Head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click “Clear SEO Analysis” button. Refer to the screenshot below:

After that, go back to the SEO Analysis page, re-run the test and see if the issue goes away:

Hi,

I use a theme that is totally dependent on Gutenberg, so that’s not the thing. I already flushed the data and started the analysis again yesterday, with no result. Now, it seems to work. Thanks for your help. When it re-appears I’ll be in touch again.
