- Navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.
- In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue.
- Provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
- In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email addresses you want to connect to your PRO account.
- If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, select one email as your preferred email address.
- Include the email address used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice from FastSpring.com.
- Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
Our support team will then locate your PRO account and proceed to merge it with your FREE account or change the email connected to it as requested.

Yes, it is – thank you very much. I hadn’t realized I needed to click the help button to find the the Rank Math Plus Plugin.
But there is one other thing you could help me with. In desperation I had eventually downloaded the plugin again using to my active webmail account, which means I have now paid twice. Would you be able to cancel the other account? Or otherwise let me know how to do it so that I can get a refund?

To request a refund, you’ll have to contact us here.
We have gone ahead and refunded the duplicate purchase you made. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
