For instance, search term “London with kids” in Google video search was previously pulling up the video in this post in the #1 or #2 spot. Since March 4th it’s not even listed. I have 68 published Mediavine videos. They are in my MV video sitemap which is correctly entered into Search Console. Upon checking your site I have noticed that you have all metadata set correctly. Therefore this would not be the cause of the videos being dropped down by Google.
Also noticed that you have not incorporated the video schema within the post thus there is no way for Google to discover these video. Please see an attached screenshot of your schema code and I do not trace any video type property. https://i.rankmath.com/DkSVN5
You may have to include the video schema for them to be recognized as well.

I had noticed that the Rank Math Schema was only set to “Article”. And that to include multiple Schema, Rank Math Pro was required. However, prior to March 4th, this was not the case. Did Rank Math change this on that update? Thanks.

With Rank Math, it has always been the Pro version that supports multiple schemas and without the Free version, you can not use the multiple schema feature. This has been the same for quite a while and was not affected by the previous update.
Thus for you to use the Video schema here you may have to go for it and not the Article schema. Else got for the Pro version.

I checked your page in the Rich Result Test and a video schema is indeed visible here but it doesn’t seem to come from Rank Math. Can you please confirm if this is correct?
I also checked your sitemap and you don’t have a video sitemap there, which one thing Google refers to when indexing videos. Could you please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Video Sitemap and make sure this sitemap is enabled?

The video sitemap is there in Search Console and always has been. The video schema is now visible because I’ve enabled Trellis SEO. I’ll take a look at the above.
There is nowhere to add the video sitemap on that page. It’s not mentioned.

Sorry for the confusion, the video-sitemap feature is only available in the PRO version of our plugin.
We did not remove the video schema option from the Free plugin, if you have added video schema with Rank Math, it would not get deleted from your posts with any of our updates.
I would like to add that the sudden drop in ranking might be due to an algorithm update.
