Please go to your site and check your page source to see if it is set to noindex.
If it is, then your site is still not publicly visible. You have to ensure you homepage is not set to noindex.
If it is set to index, please clear your cache and head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Flush SEO analysis data then perform site analysis again.

Thanks for your quick reply. I realised that i did not click the “Start Analysis Again” which was why the analysis was not updated even though i refreshed the page. It’s all good now. Thanks again!
