Now, if i remove Rankmath plugin from cpannel and reinstall it. What will happen?
Will my Rankmath settings and data like focus keywords, Title , descriptions remain their or they will get deleted too?

You can remove the plugin and reinstall it, it should not create any issue.
Also, please add the error log in the Sensitive Area so we can check what is causing the issue on your end.

It seems like the files were not copied successfully onto your server.
Simply install the plugin again from WordPress repository.
