    Hey guys,

I just got very confused about the recommended 200 links per site map based on the rank math instructions and recommendations.
I switched to 200 from the 1000 and now I’m confused on what I should be submitting to Google. Currently, I have 246 posts on my website. Since I switched to 200, my default post site map (https://online4.love/post-sitemap.xml) is only showing 200. Where did the other 46 go? Also, I do see that there are two additional post-site maps that were created: https://online4.love/post-sitemap1.xml and https://online4.love/post-sitemap2.xml. Should I submit both of these site maps to search console? should I submit the index page https://online4.love/sitemap_index.xml to search console? There were not any clear instructions on this. Right now I have my old site map https://online4.love/post-sitemap.xml submitted and both the new pages 1 and 2 submitted to search console but that must be showing Google a lot of duplicates right? also, when I go over 400 posts, will I need to submit my third page? it was a lot more simple when it was just one post site map, but I followed the recommendations proudly set up guide and set it to 200. Please help with this as I am worried something is going to break.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

You only need to submit the sitemap index to the search console. This will then load all the sub sitemaps such as the posts and page sitemaps.
Once the 200 limit is exceeded, the plugin will generate a new sitemap which links to the index.
I can suggest that you delete the current sitemap and submit only the https://online4.love/sitemap_index.xml

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
