Lost primary category selector

    I just upgraded to version 1.0.58 and I just noticed that I lost the functionality to choose the primary category of a product.

    Did the update cause me to lose this functionality?

    It seems to be working fine on our end:

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the theme (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Please try enabling only Rank Math, WooCommerce, and default theme. Let us know if the issue persists after following these steps.

    I have just done the tests following your advice.
    I tested with only Rank Math and Woocommerce enabled with the default theme, and I still have the same problem, I don’t have the possibility to choose the default category of the products.

    The problem is maybe the version of wordpress (5.6.2) or woocommerce (4.8.0) ?

    This issue is happening because under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products you have setup the “Primary Taxonomy” to “None”. If you want to use categories you need to switch that option back to “Categories”.
