I submitted some of your website’s pages to Rich Result Test and they indeed return with no error.
Google does sometimes update their searching algorithm and it tends to affect millions of websites and cause their snippets to drop – you might be affected by this as well, so, this issue could be just temporary.
Please note that although Rank Math adds proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not. It depends on a lot of factors, authority and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Here’s what Google says:
“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.”

It is just a waiting game until Google decides to include Schema for your website. Please check your Rich Snippets reports after a couple of days and let us know the issue persists.
