    Hello Support,

    Due to the launch of our new website, unfortunately, we have lost access to our Pro subscription, consequently preventing us from reconnecting our site with Rankmath.
    When I try to reset the password, I receive a message stating that the email is unknown.

    Our domain is engelsholmevents.dk. Subscription has been paid via Fastspring on march 23.

    What steps can we take to resolve this issue?

    Please try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    As you can read in the thread, we were unfortunately unable to retrieve a new password for our previous account connected to r***@e************ or p*******@b************.

    We attempted to use the method you advised us to use, which granted us access to our subscription but did not provide the option to download Pro. I submitted an answer to your message, but due to the very long response time and the launch of our new website yesterday, we had to create a new subscription.

    Regrettably, our previous subscription has just been renewed. I understand it’s not a large amount of money, but still… I hope you are willing to issue a refund for the amount paid.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction related to the renewal on the old account. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
