Login Fail with im5 ?

    Hello Support, Login fails when I use my business email address of i*@i*********** .

    The error says ” Error: The password you entered for the username im5 is incorrect.”

    I have no idea who or what im5 is but clearly the fault is its your end.

    Can you tell me how I can login with my business email address of i*@i*********** please without this error.

    Where exactly are you trying to login? Rank math or WordPress? You can share screenshot by uploading them to https://imgur.com and share the URLs in the sensitive section.

    From the reported error, it seems you are using the wrong password. Since you do have the email, you can try resetting the password through forgot password.
