I have checked your plugin settings and everything is working as expected. One thing to note is that the Local Business Schema is only added to the homepage and will not be added to the contact or about us page.

That is only to print the information on the contact or about pages.
What information? Nothing is “printed” on the Contact or About pages by Rank Math unless I include the shortcode.
Those settings have no effect on anything that I can see – what exactly, in detail, are they for.

They will be automatically included if you are using regular pages. If you are using a page builder, then that’s what the shortcode is for.
