Loading (speed) issue

Something out of the ordinary is happening.

I have been using Rank Math in other websites and I love it. This is the first time I use it on a website with Woocommerce (15 variable products with almost 7000 variations).

I noticed the website was very slow (it takes 15 – 20 seconds to load one product page), I thought it was because of the number of variations (almost 7000) and that it was on a shared hosting. So I changed servers to a 3-day trial managed cloud hosting (Cloudways.com on Vultr server) and it was still very slow. So I decided to turn off every plugin except Woocommerce. And after trying every plugin one by one, I came to the conclusion the Rank Math is the one slowing the website.

What is weird is that when I test the site on GTmetrix (link to speed report below) and Pingdom, they do not show a problem, they both show as if they load fast (around 2 seconds), when in “real life” it takes almost 20 seconds (Me timing it with a stopwatch). I don’t know what to do, I really don’t want to change SEO plugins, I really like Rank Math. Can you please help me? Let me know what you need.
