    Hi team,

    Hope all is well. I am just querying an issue I am having with a theme/plugin I have just purchased.

    The site is now built and live and is using your plugin for SEO. I have used your plugin across 12 other websites I have built and have had no issues as of yet. All sites I build use Elementor, WPBakery and Oxygen. The site in question is using WPBakery but I have noticed a few issues with the theme/plugin LisitngPro and RankMath.

    My issue with this is that its not picking up custom VS element headings, or theme related headings. I have attached two screenshots. The H1, 2, 3 headings etc exist on the front end, just not on the back with how your plugin detects on page headings for scoring.

    Hope this makes sense. I have been in touch with ListingPro developers and they have said they cannot assist with issues related to third party plugins. This is annoying and I am not sure what is best to approach this. They wont even give me a recommendation to what SEO plugin works with their theme. Not the best in support.

    Any help or suggestions are welcome. You might not see the site as its behind a Firewall and CDN. It is only visible in the UK. Do share your I.P and I will whitelist you to be able to see the site and its structure.

    Your automated AI message doesn’t make sense. The plugin is working as expected but since another plugin has custom code in, yours’s doesn’t pick this up. I would say 90% of your plugin is picking up content on page. I just need to know if this is something you can help me resolve with a few changes to how your plugin detects what’s on page, or I need to let the authors of ListingPro / WPBakery now that they need to adjust something on their end.

    I can imagine both will tell me to go away and its not a problem on their side, hence me asking if you can advise. Is it a case you need to investigate the plugin used and possibly add support for it in a future updates.

    This is all I need to know. I don’t want to move away from this as I have you plugin setup on 12+ other sites and always relied on its reliability and support.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    Our plugin will not be able to detect headings or other content from the WP Bakery modules custom-made for your theme. Your theme’s developers will have to integrate our Content Analysis API to make the content readable. You can share this guide with them: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

    If they don’t want to do that, then sorry, but there is nothing we can do to fix this issue. You can ignore those tests as the headings are present in the front end and the search engines will be able to detect that even if our plugin can’t.
