For us to further investigate, please activate the Rank Math plugin and re-validate the issue in your Google Search Console account and give Google some time to recrawl your site.
Also, you can submit the URLs using Google’s URL Inspection tool to check the issue with canonical: https://search.google.com/search-console/welcome?action=inspect
Meanwhile, you can try clearing your website’s cache, including if you have any server-level caching software such as Cloudflare, please clear the cache there as well.
