link editing broken for existing links

    I can no longer edit existing Links that don’t have the “rank-math-link” class attribute.
    In the Visual Editor, clicking on the link text does not display/open the link editor. In the code editor, the links are visible and they work correctly. This issue just started happening in the last couple of days ago. It makes editing existing articles extremely difficult. Help!

    I’m using the Gutenburg editor, WordPress 5.7.2.

    We have already identified this issue and released a quick Beta update you can try to see if that helps.

    Please enable the Beta update by following this:

    If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
    WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
    remove transients rank math

    Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

    You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
