If you’ve already tried deleting the link data in the settings and it’s still showing all at 0, I recommend resetting the internal links count. To do this, please navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools and click on Delete Internal Links. After that, you’d need to open and save each of your posts again through your browser for Rank Math to count the links.

Well in that case you’d have to wait for the Bricks team to work on this, as that’s the only way you can get Rank Math to detect links added via the Brick Builder.
We’d suggest reaching out to them from time to time so this fix can be prioritized.
