I apologize for the confusion. The length bar feature you are looking for in Rank Math is not located in the Global Meta settings. Instead, the length bar is available in the Meta Box when you are editing a post or page.
When you are creating or editing a post or page, scroll down to the Rank Math SEO meta box. In the General tab of the Rank Math meta box, you will find the length bar for the title and meta description fields. This feature helps you ensure that your title and meta description are of an appropriate length for search engine results.
