    Regarding the Analytics features, please note that the free version does not fetch any data from Google Analytics. You can only get the Google Search Console data in the free version.

    However, it seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    We can’t locate your website in our system but as we checked your website’s page source, we can confirm that it is using a PRO plugin.

    If you have hired a developer before to create your website, they must have installed the Rank Math PRO, if so, please contact them and ask for the email address they used to purchase the PRO plan.

    As for the Analytics issue, can you please confirm if you are referring to the tag or the tracking code? Please share some more details on which area of your website’s analytics isn’t working.

    When you connect the Analytics using our plugin, please make sure that you are using the right Google account and the property.

    Your Rank Math account isn’t connected. Please connect it in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help. Once done, you will be able to see and disable the Install Analytics Code option in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Analytics.

    To get rid of the tracking tag, which is also a Free feature, you need to disable the PRO plugin, connect the website to any Rank Math account (it could be this one) and you’ll have access to the Analytics settings under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Analytics.

    From there you can remove the tracking code or completely disconnect the Analytics module after performing the actions above.

    We cannot find any PRO subscriptions on our system associated with emails from that domain name and the website is not connected to any account so we can’t check the validity of the PRO subscription.

    If you are able to find an email with a reference that starts with something like RANKMATH######-####-###### (the # being numbers) then please share that reference with us and we will be able to track this, otherwise without any other information such as the start date of the subscription, ID or any other identifiable information such as the name of the purchaser, last 4 digits of the credit card used or PayPal email account, it’s not possible to find this.

    Even if you delete the PRO plugin, your settings/setup for it are safely stored in the database should you purchase a subscription in the future.
