If you cannot access your dashboard, please temporarily disable Rank Math by renaming the seo-by-rank-math
folder in your root file directory /wp-content/plugins via a file manager or FTP.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), could you please confirm which version of PHP you are running by going to WP > Tools > Site Health > Info?

It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry. Could you please follow the steps in this link?

Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

Please clear all the cache, including the server, after following the above process. Then try renaming back the Rank math folder seo-by-rank-math
and activate.
