  • I’ve also just received an email regarding this potentially fatal error.

Although the website I received the message for is actually still functioning OK, my hosting provider has informed that these errors are commonplace with the RankMath plugin, following updates.

This is the first website I’ve used RankMath on and it doesn’t fill me with much confidence to use it on future sites. My hasting provider had warned that some of his clients have had websites completely crippled by this plugin.

What reassurance are you able to offer regarding these comments, please?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

@greggwatson is it likely that this is stemming from a conflict, could you please perform the diagnostic steps described here:

Rank Math is quite stable and a lot of money websites are running the plugin without any issues including our own website :

We have to acknowledge that there are a few websites that get some occasional hiccups which mostly result from conflicts with some third party plugins. We always recommend testing updates on your dev site before rolling out an update on the production site because of the new features that are introduced on new updates.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

We are an extremely sorry bit if the issue isn’t going away, please remove the plugin and install it once again.

Phil, can you please let us know which hosting provider you are using? Also, what is the issue you are seeing?

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
