known 404 errors

Hello. I’ve looked at other topics but did not find something related to my issue.

Since up updated to the new RankMath plugin, I’ve been getting lots of 404 errors. Those links listed on the 404 monitor don’t exist on my page. See image attached.

Also, for basic and advanced SEO analysis, my page is live but it looks like RankMath is still picking up a “coming soon” page. The H1 and H2 tags are incorrect, I have updated my page to include keywords in both H1 and H2.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

About your first issue, those files seem to be part of plugins like “realia”, “cloudflare”, “dzs-videogallery”, “mm-plugin”… Do you have them installed? If not, it could be some bot trying to find vulnerabilities in your website. If yes, it could be a cache issue (you would just need to empty the cache). Also, you could set in the Redirections settings to redirect (as fallback) all non-redirected 404 errors to some URL (like your homepage).

It won’t cause any SEO issue since those URLs you are seeing there are not intended to be indexed (since they are part of plugins’ code) so redirecting those 404 errors to the homepage would hide them and solve the issue.

About your second issue, are you using any cache plugin or even a cache like Cloudflare? Because it seems the SEO Analyzer is getting a cached result. I would recommend you to empty the caches and try again.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
