    Rank Math free

    Hello
I did all by the book, but still no data on the Keywords tab.
I am a SEO manager and we have several sites we use RankMath on.
For now, I can only see this data on one site, some others I can’t.
We have the same definitions, I’ve connected all sites to their Search Console&GA accounts
Everything works but this single important element.
Tried to click on the ‘Update data manually’ button, nothing happens
Tried to dis&reconnent accounts, more than once, but still nothing.
    It is very frustrating…
    Would appreciate your help

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please attempt to reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:
    reconnect

This will fetch new data and see if this resolves the issue.

Let us know how that goes.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hey
Please read again my first ticket.
I did what you suggested, more than one time, on 2 different sites – and nothing happened, it did not help and still, no data is shown there.
What other solution can be here?
    Thanks

Even more, I have created a GA4 account for these 2 sites, but then when trying to reconnect them, I do not have the option to choose the GA4 property, so this hasn’t helped as well

    Hello,

The option to create/select the GA4 property will be available after reconnecting the Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

For the keyword stats, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
